Here’s the cold hard truth- we’ve missed the boat. Or so society tells us.

If you are twenty-something and you haven’t had some life altering revelation about your passion and what you were put on this earth to do, you are behind. This is the message that is constantly forced upon us by the success driven world we live in.

Society tells us that we should have our lives planned out, and know exactly what we want and what we have to offer. But I’m not buying it. I believe our twenties are meant for exploring ourselves and the world, and that it’s okay to not have it all figured out yet. I think we have to wander. I think we have to step out of the ordinary comfort zone of our lives to really find ourselves. That’s why I’ve created this blog.

So come with me, as I get lost in the world in order to learn about the important things in life– love, laughter, and dancing in the sunshine.

This is great. Keep moving around, exploring, learning, and enjoying… I totally agree with what you wrote about our twenties. I don’t have everything planned out but things are coming together as I just live, follow my passions, push through, and stay as happy and positive as possible… It will all work out.

Thank you Shayla! I think we put too much pressure on ourselves to have all the answers right away, but you are right things will work themselves out. I believe we should live in the moment and really take everything in instead of focusing so much on the future. If I am laughing, loving, and dancing then I am living– and that’s all that matters today. Thank you for the support! 🙂

Hi, Reanna. I’m not sure how you’ve found me in Instagram and why you requested for a “follow”. But regardless of the hows and whys, thank you! Thanks for your inspiration. I’m no longer in my twenties and yet your blog is such an inspiration and a voice to my sort of “lost and still wandering soul”. If you plan to do more wayfaring as I’m sure you are, do visit us here in the Philippines. You are more than welcome to get lost, live, laugh and dance in the beauty of the Philippine sunshine.
